After 24 hours, the order will be put into production and cannot be completely canceled.

For custom or personalized image orders, a $5 design fee will apply if cancelled.

🧼 Care Instructions (Embroidery)

To ensure the best embroidery quality, we use a water-soluble stabilizer on the top layer.

First wash: Soak in water for 2-3 minutes to dissolve the stabilizer.

Hand wash: Use cold water with mild soap; Do not rub the embroidered area.

Machine wash: Turn inside out, use a laundry bag, gentle cycle, cold water.

Drying: Lay flat or hang to dry naturally; avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures.

Ironing: Iron only from the inside; do not iron directly over the embroidery.
